The Luminotherapy Room Project will provide Concordia students with a space to relax from the stress of University life.
This project aims at teaching students healthy living while providing them with a space to decompress. The appeal of this room would be its special lights which has been proven to treat Seasonal Affective Disorder. Indeed, the lack of sunlight and long winters often leave students feeling heavy and sleepy, light therapy would give students access to a healthy light that simulates that of the Sun.
