The Living Soils Symposium Montreal is a 3-day bilingual event happening at Concordia University on October 13-15, 2017. It will bring together 400 participants including scientists, academics, students, food producers, government delegates, NGOs, activists, entrepreneurs, investors and consumers, to discuss the crucial role of soil health in addressing some of the world’s most pressing environmental and social justice issues, namely: CLIMATE CHANGE – FOOD SECURITY – WATER SCARCITY – DECLINING BIODIVERSITY – PUBLIC HEALTH – PUBLIC SAFETY.
