This year, CASA Cares and JMMA have partnered to create an event targeted to help an organization fighting for LGBTQ+ rights. All proceeds (after expenses) from this collaboration would go towards this cause, and is a window for JMMA to give back to our community. We are currently speaking to L’Interligne, an organization that contributes to the well-being of people concerned with sexual diversity and gender plurality.

JMMA and CASA Cares believe that everyone’s differences should be celebrated and supported, so to do just that for our LGBTQ+ community, we have decided to join hands and host a drag brunch. While attendees enjoy an amazing combination of our favourite foods, they will also get the chance to watch three amazing performances by some of the most amazing and talented drag queens from Montreal. This will enhance the knowledge of students on current affairs related to this community and how to become an LGBTQ+ ally.
